Removing the edges around the camera doesnt make it self bondage

The edges are removed because I have a distinctively very recognizable floor. It's self bondage with the zipped bag for the vacbed frame, turned inside out so I can close the zipper from the inside. The shop vac is on a timer, I had 5 minutes to get in and into position.

No, I let it do a test run first to check the timings and then I restart it.

Just a standard digital timer from a local hardware store. The lowest resolution is a minute.

Of course I start with it off so I can get in and into position, then the first period is a rather short one in case something goes wrong. There is a minute downtime then so I can get out if something is wrong or reposition myself if it's uncomfortable. The length of the first period is determined by how long I can hold my breath, so I don't die 😉. After that I programmed several longer periods on the timer so I could try different positions without having to get out first.
